GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Most items are first despatched from Cybertrek USA or one of our other international warehouses to our South African Midrand office but some products are sourced locally.
In general, items are in stock at our various local and international warehouses, but please allow approximately 7-10 working days for local delivery as most of the items on our website are sourced overseas.
DELIVERY
We are an internet based business and we do Not offer C.O.D. collections. but you may pay a 20% deposit on order and the balance via instant EFT on collection from Midrand.
The full balance must be paid within 7 days of the item arriving in Midrand. If full payment is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to re-sell the item and you will forfeit the deposit.
We only process your order once full payment or a deposit has been confirmed as cleared funds.
Local South Africa delivery is between 7 - 10 days (excluding holidays, religious holidays and weekends) on most items depending on shipping, customs and any other unforeseen delays.
Delivery is standard door to door, we do not ship to post office but we can ship to Postnet.
If you require shipping insurance please request a quote prior to placing your order or this can be arranged by yourself with your own insurance company.
If your parcel is insured and the parcel goes missing on route to (either on the way to us or after it has been sent to you), we first have to follow the shippers claim policy before any refund or replacement item can be processed. Parcels shipped with MDS Collivery can be insured up to the maximum value of R10,000.00. Parcels shipped with internet express can be insured to the value you have requested a quote on.
Ownership of the goods is passed onto the buyer as soon as the item leaves our premises and any risks involved with delivery is passed onto the buyer.
Unforeseen shipping delays can occur due to various reasons. Our delivery timeline is a guide only and we don't refund purchases for delayed delivery due to any reason. December is a very busy time for couriers and customs and various delivery delays may happen during this month.
